IN THE MAIL: IRVING FARM, a Coffee Exchange

A couple weeks ago, after a trip to the super market to buy coffee, I had a massive flashback to that time I had some Blue Bottle Coffee. Then I had another one of Stumptown, cause I still cannot get it out of my head. Here in Puerto Rico our coffee is all sorts of amazing, but a girl needs a break. If I'm being honest, I visit more than 3 shops on a weekly basis and they all serve the same coffee. Quite delicious, don't get me wrong. But, I'm all for some diversity in my daily fix. So, off to Instagram I went. I asked if someone wanted to do a coffee exchange and Lea was the first one to contact me!

Lea works at Irving Farm Coffee Roasters in Upstate New York! She was so kind to send a couple different beans and I'm over here scared to open them up because the packaging is just so damn beautiful! The day these arrived, I remembers I wasn't ready for these exchanges at all. Ha! I didn't even have a coffee grinder. Jump to me  buying this beauty to match my electric Bodum Tea Kettle just minutes after the parcel arrived. The grinder gets here Saturday which means... I should be able to taste these SO soon! So, for now, here's an ode to some amazing packaging from Irving Farm! Thanks so much Lea!

If you're interested in tasting some Puerto Rican coffee and are down for an exchange, send me a message! I'd love to get these going monthly.
